Using INSπRE

By creating an account you agree to use INSπRE for lawful compliance and risk-management purposes, and not to attempt to disrupt the service or access data belonging to another organisation.

Your data

You retain ownership of the compliance, risk, and audit data you enter into the platform. We process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service availability

INSπRE is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime SLA outside of an Enterprise agreement — see Security for our current operational posture.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product matures. Material changes will be communicated to account owners.
